The Vendor confirmation packets are put in the mail the first week of November. This allows us to do one mass mailing to all vendors. Please be on the lookout for your mailing when the time comes.

We will be updating the website as we learn more about this year's show.
The vendor policy will remain the same for this year's show. This is a way to assure vendors that they can return to the same space(s) each year. Thank you all so much for your understanding!
Vendor Policy
Attention Vendors:
* Confirmation packets will be mailed to you approximately one month prior to the show. Included in this mailing will be your vendor tickets, maps, coupons, space assignment(s), and general information. PLUS information on next year's show.
* Check in and set-up will begin at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the show. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SET UP THE NIGHT BEFORE.
* If you have any questions please contact us via email ([email protected]) or by phone (330) 533-5507, ext. 72007.
* Most spaces are 8ft in length and approximately 2-3ft behind the table (depending on location, some spaces vary). Please email with any questions you may have concerning this.
* Electricity is provided for free (where available), proper extension cords MUST BE PROVIDED BY EACH VENDOR!!!
